Do you feel stressed, distressed or distracted from your studies? Do you have high performance standards and find it hard to relax?
On the stress management course, you will learn more about what stress is and when stress can become unhealthy. The course will help you analyze your life situation and you will have an opportunity to reflect on what changes you want to make for yourself.
The course consists of three group meetings, consisting of a review of the theories of stress , alongside exercises and group discussions. Between courses, there will be assignments to work on at home .
The course will be held in English!
NOTE The course is free but if you have registered and accepted a place and do not attend you will be charged 100 sek each time
